During the monsoon season I witnessed city streets flooding with six inches of water within thirty minutes. These shoes were the perfect choice. By the way, I learned that putting your feet up in this fashion is considered rude in Thailand, so don't do this :o)
The weather in and around Bangkok is consistently hot and humid, day and night, 364 days a year. The ubiquitous fresh coconut is always a welcomed treat.
